Keeping it simple, Tilly has made this an easy sewing project that doesn't require buttons, zips, or fiddly bits. There are photos to guide you through every step and the printed pattern arrives in a gorgeous packet containing full scale pattern sheets and a colour photo booklet. A must have for beginners or experienced sewers looking to expand their home made wardrobe. Tilly suggests: FABRIC SUGGESTIONS - Medium weight knit fabric with very little stretch. Look out for interlock knit, double knit, ponte di roma, or feel the fabric to check it’s not too fine or stretchy. SUPPLIES - Fabric – 2m x 150cm wide (2 ¼ yards x 60in) OR 2.7m x 115cm wide (3 yards x 45in) for dress or funnel neck top; 0.5m (1/2 yard) less for top Matching thread Ribbon (30cm x 6-8mm wide) or stay tape Stretch or ballpoint needle for your sewing machine Sewing machine and basic tools (a rotary cutter and mat are useful)
