Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, but in the unlikely event that you aren't, please read through our returns policy before deciding on your course of action.
Please note: fabric will be deemed non-refundable if it has been cut to a specific length or shape that differs from the condition in which it was originally packaged and delivered.
Refunds
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 7 days, as long as the product has not been tampered with or used. If you are sending goods back for a refund, it must be sufficiently packaged with the correct postage and remain in the condition in which it arrived. Unfortunately, delivery charges will not be included in the refund of goods, unless the goods are found to be damaged or faulty. We would suggest returning the goods by a traceable method, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing or do not reach us.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
As stated above, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on goods that have been specifically cut to a different shape or length. However, other purchases can be considered for a full refund if the goods are damaged or faulty. If goods are found to be damaged or faulty, a full refund, including delivery charges will be provided. If you prefer, we can also issue a credit to your account which you can offset against future orders.
Please note that we aim to ensure that every piece of fabric leaving us is thoroughly checked by the individual member of staff that cuts and packs it for you. Our cutting team carefully measure all custom cut length orders and then every item passes through quality control before being labelled, packed and shipped.
We request that you do check the condition of your purchase upon receiving it and before you begin using it, as we cannot accept the return of goods considered damaged or faulty once they have been cut or used. Of course, the occasional error can occur so please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible. If you believe the goods to be damaged on arrival then please contact us immediately.
We also recommend that you do not accept delivery of any item if the outer packaging is clearly damaged. Please state to us and the carrier the reasons for which the package was not signed for.
Swatches
Please note that any swatches that you ordered and paid for cannot be returned for a refund. The samples are provided to the customer with the intention of being able to assist a customer’s choice for purchase of meterage.
WhiteTree Fabrics acts in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, designed to protect consumers’ rights. They cover purchases made via email and the internet. They only apply to transactions between business and consumers (individuals acting outside the course of their business) and do not include business-to-business transactions.
If the wrong item was received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us straight away and we will of course replace it immediately and accept the original item back for a full refund, including all postage/shipping costs. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately so that we can look into this for you.
