DELIVERY INFORMATION
We try to keep our delivery charges reasonable and affordable. Our primary objective is to get your goods to you by the most price conscious but effective method. The following charges cover the packaging materials we need to use, our man time and the postage/courier costs.
For all UK orders, our delivery charges are:
Upto 2kgs/Small packages - £4.00.
We will usually send your order by Royal Mail 1st Class or a courier of our choosing. Delivery is usually 2-3 days from the date of posting. This service is not trackable and a signature won't be required upon delivery. WhiteTree fabrics cannot be hold responsible for any goods that are late due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event that your order is not received, please check with your local delivery office as not all drivers remember to leave a card. If you still have not received your order, please contact us so that we can look into this for you. During the busy seasons such as Christmas, please note that Royal Mail parcels may take significantly longer to arrive. If you want to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner, consider upgrading to a courier.
Trackable Delivery - £5.50
You can choose to have your parcel delivered by a trackable method at the low cost of £5.50. Depending on the parcel size, we will send your goods by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS/DHL. Please ensure that someone will be at your delivery address to accept delivery and sign for the goods.
Orders £20 and over - Free Delivery
Spend £20 or more on your order and you will receive free delivery. We will send your order with Royal Mail or a courier of our choosing. Delivery is usually 2-3 days from the date of posting. This service is not trackable and a signature won't be required upon delivery. WhiteTree fabrics cannot be hold responsible for any goods that are late due to circumstances beyond our control. If you still have not received your order, please contact us so that we can email you a claim form, which we will then forward to the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
WhiteTree fabrics are proud to offer worldwide shipping. In most cases, international orders will be sent with a courier and a tracking number will be provided. Smaller orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Airmail, with delivery being made between 5-8 working days depending on the area. This service is not trackable and a signature won't be required upon delivery. These delivery times are based on estimates provided by Royal Mail.
