Fabric Samples

WhiteTreefabrics understand that sometimes seeing a fabric on a computer screen isn't enough for our customers. You want to see the colour of the fabric with your own eyes, possibly even match it to other fabrics in your project. Sometimes you will want to feel the fabric and test the stretch or texture before deciding whether to place an order.

That's why we operate a sample service. We will send up to 5 fabric samples without charge - we will only make a charge for postage and packing. £4 covers the mantime for cutting and packing the samples from full rolls, the postage to send them to you and the packing supplies used.

You will receive an edge to edge cutting in your desired colour so that you can see both edges (our fabrics often have scallops). You should also be able to see the pattern repeat, although we are happy to send full width high resolution pictures if you would like to see a larger area of the pattern repeat.

Our aim is to help you source the exact fabric you need and our sample service is part of this.

Here's how to order.

When you find a fabric you like the look of, click on the small picture to be taken to the fabric detail page.  Here you will see this screen:

Select the button circled as above. You can add up to 5 samples to your cart. When you're ready, click on your cart and check out. You can make the £4 payment for processing & postage via Paypal or credit card.

We can send more than 5 samples, but please note that subsequent samples are charged at £1 each. If you order more than 5 samples, we will be in touch to discuss this with you.

Samples are sent from the current dye batch of fabric at the time you order. Please note that if you order a sample and then come to order the fabric several months later, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match as we may not have the same batch in stock.

Please note that samples are non-returnable and we are unable to refund any postage costs.

Samples can be sent for all fabrics in our collection, with the exception of Liberty fabrics and Tilda fabrics.
